BREAST PUMP while wearing PB

For those who are planning or still breastfeeding,

this is a special post on how to do it while wearing PB. 

FYI, there’s a lot of mommies wearing PB while pumping...and they are not having any problems.. NO WORRIES! ;)

Here goes…few steps on how to do it

1. Loosen up the straps of long bra (by adjusting the straps), then lower down the cups of the bra. Now, you can put on your breast pump and start pumping as usual.

2. If you are wearing freestyle, there’s a special hook from Medela, just use the “hook A” and hook it up at the long bra adjuster. For the part that should be clicked on, just attach it to the waist nipper (bengkung). Then you’re ready to ‘freestyle’ ;)

3. If you are wearing manual/electric pump, you can just hold the pump with your hand and continue pumping as usual :D
