Papaya-pear oatmeal
Ingredients:
1) 2 tbsps prepared oatmeal cereal
2) 1/4 medium papaya
3) 1 tbsp breast milk or formula
4) 2 ripe pears, peeled, cored and chopped.
Steps:
1) Crush papaya with a fork until soft.
2) Add breast milk or formula and refrigerate.
3) Put pears into a frying pan.
4) Place a lid on top of the frying pan and keep it until tender.
5) Put all ingredients in a blender and mix them.
Ni la jenis blender yg i pakai. Hand blender.. senang je .. cepat & mudah..
Ni pulak steamer yg i pakai.. hadiah masa kawen dulu..
