Alhamdulillah... my lil azfar dah membesar dgn sihat.. tiap2 hari mommy dia ni dok create mcm2 food utk dia.. ni contoh combination yg i buat utk dia..u'olls bole tiru terus resepi ni or modified sikit bergantung pada penerimaan baby u'olls..
Hari ni mommy nak sediakan utk makanan untuk lunch & dinner. Azfar dah mula mkn 3 kali sehari. Pagi sblm mommy g hantar abg ke school, mommy nyusu dia dulu. Pastu baru dia breakfast dlm kul 9.30 gitu. Pastu lunch dlm kul 1tghari, dinner pulak kul 6.30 ptg or 7 mlm. Selang masa tu minum ebm or direct feed dgn mommy..
I buat siap2 makanan dia, simpan dlm fridge utk 3 hari je. Selebihnya msk freezer. Tp jarang la buat byk sampai msk freezer. Nanti my maid tinggal abik & panaskan je..
Mango, carrot and apple puree
Ingredients:
1) 5 baby carrots - i guna carrot biasa je. Guna separuh je.
2) 1/2 mango -tokma dia kasi byk mango masa balik kelate hari tu.
3) 1 small apple, peeled
Steps:
1) Cut carrots, mango and apple into small pieces.
2) Put carrots in a frying pan and boil them for 5 minutes.
3) Add mango and apple and cook them until they become tender.
4) Mix the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
5) Cool and serve.
