Baby Carrots and Baked Apple Puree
Ingredients:
1) 4-5 baby carrots
2) 1 big apple water
Steps:
1) Scrub and wash the carrots, cut them in small pieces.
2) Put the carrots in a pan with some water and boil until tender.
3) After removing the seeds, put the apple in a baking pan and add a little water.
4) Cook the apple until it gets smooth, then remove the skin.
5) Mix the apple and the baby carrots in a blender .
